Dean…
I recently spoke to you on the
phone about an emergency order of MagicSculp, to replace a 2 lb tub of resin that had been chewed up and partially eaten by my
dog, (a boxer, pit-bull & lab mix). I'm writing to let you know some results of this inadvertent experiment.
1. I recovered about half the
resin from the dog before she could devour it. Being thoroughly masticated and mixed with dog slobber caused no serious
detriment to its handling properties.
2. The other half of the resin
passed through the dog with no apparent ill effect to her health.
3. No attempt was made to test
the handling and curing properties of the portion of resin that was processed through the dog's digestive system.
I've been using MagicSculp for
several years now, and consider it the best sculpting medium available...I do not however, recommend it as a dog-treat.
Sincerely….Gunnar Lindfors
PS-I'm attaching some examples of projects I've done with MagicSculp...Buzzard Breath Ale is a beer tap handle created for Sculpture Concepts...the rest are miniature figures made with a combination of MagiSculp and other materials (super sculpy, Evergreen styrene, solder wire, etc.)
